Gedore ESD Safe Torque Screwdrivers
Gedore ESD-safe torque screwdrivers combine preset torque control with ESD protection and are precision hand tools designed to tighten screws and other small fasteners to a controlled torque in electrostatic protected areas (EPAs).
Gedore ESD FH screwdrivers are preset and use a precision friction clutch that slips when the preset torque is reached, helping to prevent additional torque being applied to the fastener. The mechanism works in both tightening directions and automatically resets after each fastening cycle.
The Gedore range available from Heamar includes ESD 25 FH, 150 FH, 450 FH and 1350 FH models, covering torque ranges from 5cNm up to 1,350cNm, with the higher-torque 450 FH and 1350 FH models also including a lateral handle for enhanced leverage. All use a 1/4" female hex drive, have a specified accuracy of ±6% and are EPA compliant.
Gedore ESD-safe torque screwdrivers are commonly used in electronics, defence, PCB assembly and other precision engineering sectors.
