Square Drive Inserts
A square drive insert is an interchangeable end fitting that provides a square drive interface when connected to a torque wrench that can facilitate a mount. The square drive sits at 90° to the torque wrench and enables the wrench to be able to mount tools that have the same sized female square drive as the insert, such as a socket.
Square drive inserts are used on interchangeable-head torque wrenches, which are used in sectors where tooling flexibility is key, such as the automotive, industrial maintenance and manufacturing sectors.
