Sliding T-Handles
A sliding T-handle is a hand tool that is also known as a 'sliding T-bar'. It has a a square drive that can move up and down it's bar and is designed to manually apply torque to a socket.
For the operator to increase the amount of torque on a fastener they should slide the handle to its extreme to provide more leverage. The maneuverability of the drive on the bar means that a sliding T-handle can also be used in tight spaces or where access is restricted to a fastener.
Sliding T-handles are used by mechanics for maintenance and repairs on cars, assemby line workers who are working on fastening jobs and DIYers for fastening jobs around the home.
