KNIPEX Cable Cutters
KNIPEX cable cutters are hand-operated tools designed to cut electrical cables and conductors, such as aluminium and copper, during installation, termination, maintenance and repair work.
KNIPEX cable cutters are available as manually operated tools, where the operator squeezes the handles together to cut the material. Ratchet cutters are also available and use a ratcheting mechanism to reduce the effort required when cutting larger or tougher cables.
Many models are VDE-certified, allowing operators to work safely on live electrical installations up to 1,000V.
KNIPEX cable cutters are commonly used by electricians, cable installers, utility technicians, panel builders, maintenance engineers and industrial assembly professionals.
