Klauke Bench Mounted Crimping Tools
Klauke bench-mounted crimping tools are fixed workshop crimping systems designed for repeatable termination of cable lugs, connectors and other electrical terminals.
They are mounted on a workbench to provide the operator with a stable working position, making these crimping tools suitable for production, assembly and maintenance environments where the same crimping operations are carried out regularly.
Klauke’s range includes the THK120 hydraulic workbench tool, which provides 120kN of crimping force and covers applications from 10mm² to 400mm², as well as the THK22, which operates at up to 700 bar and uses interchangeable Series 22 crimping dies for copper and aluminium cable lugs.
Klauke bench-mounted crimping tools are commonly used by panel builders, cable assemblers, electrical workshops, utility engineers and industrial production teams.
