1" Torque Wrenches

A 1" torque wrench is an industrial-grade torque tool that has a 1" square drive and a high level of maximum torque. It is paired with a 1" socket to apply torque precisley to a fastener, such as a nut or bolt.

1" torque wrenches have longer handles than torque wrenches with smaller drive sizes, which enables the operator to apply torque to the fastener more easily, because of the enhanced leverage. They also have reinforced mechanisms and are often used with a torque multiplier to reduce operator effort.

1" torque wrenches are used in sectors where high levels of torque needs to be applied to fasteners, such as in the heavy engineering, oil and gas, shipbuilding, aerospace and construction sectors.
