Bi-Hex Sockets
A bi-hex socket (sometimes known as a 'double hex' socket) is identified by the 12-points inside the socket, which helps it to grip the corners of a fastener, such as a nut or bolt, to tighten or loosen it with the use of a ratchet or torque wrench.
