Universal Joint Sockets
A universal joint socket is a two piece hinged socket that allows a degree of movement which is not provided by a standard socket. This makes it ideal for work with a ratchet or torque wench, where space is confined or it is awkward to attach a standard socket to a fastener, such as a nut or bolt.
