Bootlace Ferrules

A bootlace ferrule is a wire connector that can also be known as a 'cable-end sleeve'. Bootlace ferrules are metal tubes, that generally have a plasic insulated collar which slides over the stranded wire before getting crimped.
Bootlace ferrules are used by electricians and control engineers to terminate into control panels, in order to prevent individual strands of wire from splaying out, which could cause a short circuit.
