Polishing Discs
A polishing disc is also known as a 'polishing pad' and is an abrasive accessory that is used with a polishing tool to remove scratches and imperfections from materials such as paint, wood, metal and glass.
Polishing discs are made from different materials and are designed for use on different applications and scratch depths. For example foam polishing discs are used on smaller imperfections, such as light scratches on car paint, whereas wool polishing pads are a more coarse polishing option, and are often used as the first stage of restoration on deeper scratches.
Polishing pads are used by car detailers, aerospace engineers and boat detailers.
