Circular Saws
A circular saw is a portable power saw with a circular toothed blade that spins at high speed to make precise straight, cross or angled cuts through sheet timber, plywood, MDF, chipboard, decking, flooring and framing timber, but with the correct blade it can also cut plastic, laminate, aluminium, fibre cement board and some metals.
Circular saws are widely used by carpenters and woodworkers because they are fast, portable and suitable for long, straight cuts. They are also popular with builders and DIYers, especially when cutting large sheet materials that would be difficult to handle on a table saw.
