Heat Guns

A heat gun is designed to emit a continuous hot stream of air up to 700° from its nozzle, which is a far higher heat than that emitted from a hair dryer.

Heat guns are a popular DIY power tool used to remove paint and wallpaper, thaw frozen pipes and dry surfaces but they are also used professionally to loosen bolts, remove decals from cars, desolder electronic components, shape plastic, shrink heat-shrink tubing on electrical connectors, as well being very popular with roofers to create waterproof seams and make rubber membranes more malleable for shaping.
