Bosch Chop Saws

Bosch chop saws are bench-mounted power tools designed to make straight and angled cuts from 90° to 45° through metal using a large rotating abrasive cutting disc. They are suitable for cutting materials such as steel tube, threaded rod, metal profiles, conduit and solid bar during fabrication, installation and construction work.

The material is placed against the saw fence and secured using the integrated vice before the cutting head is lowered through the workpiece. Bosch metal chop saws have a soft start function, which helps prevent sudden, jerky start-up during cutting and reduces mechanical stress on the gears, helping to extend the lifespan of the tool.
