Pneumatic Polishers
A pneumatic polisher is also known as an 'air polisher' and is a tool powered by compressed air, which rotates a polishing pad that attaches to it, to polish imperfections out of materials such as paint, wood, glass and metal.
Air polishing tools are known for enhanced power in comparison to cordless polishers, whilst also being lightweight, which enables the operator to use these tools for longer periods of time without fatigue.
These tools have an air hose that feeds into them from an air compressor, which powers them but the air also cools the mechanism and prevents overheating, enabling air polishers to be used over extended periods of time.
Air polishers are used in car body shops for restoring paint work, woodwork shops for finishing work and by marine surface finishers for removing oxidation on boat hulls.
