Battery Powered Cable Cutters
A battery-powered cable cutter is also known as a 'cordless cable cutter' and is a power tool that is designed to cut through electrical cables quickly and with minimal effort.
Battery-powered cable cutters use lithium-ion batteries to power an internal motor that is paired with a hydraulic mechanism in order to generate high cutting forces. The operator only needs to press a button on the tool to cut through materials such as aluminium, copper and armoured steel, reducing repetitive strain injuries and operator effort when cutting through thick-gauge cables and conductors, compared to using manual cable cutters.
