  • These oval head diagonal cutters offer unsurpassed cutting capacity covering a wide range of wire dimensions and types. They are ideal for wire harness work and standard printed circuit board assembly.
  • Made from high performance alloy steel with a burnished finish, these cutters are ideal for high-stress applications and have a screw joint that minimises friction and maximises alignment of cutting edges.
  • Numerically controlled machine grinding guarantees edge angle accuracy and contact, increasing the tools reliability and consistency.
  • The edges are precision induction hardened to 63-65 HRC.
  • Cutting capacity 0.3mm - 1.6mm of copper wire with a micro-bevel® cut.
  • The diagonal cutters are ESD safe.
  • The two component ERGO handles have a thermoplastic surface on a tough polypropylene core for rigidity.
  • The bio spring limits the tension throughout the working cycle of the tool and can be adjusted to three different positions or removed from the cutters completely.
