Hand Held Crimp Tools
Hand operated crimp tools are sometimes known as 'crimping pliers' and are precision tools, which is have two handles that are squeezed to compress and deform a connector onto a wire.
These manually operated crimping tools are widely used across the military, aerospace and automotive sectors, with many of the tools having a ratchet mechanism to ensure that a full crimp has been completed before it releases, which improves the efficiency and accuracy of crimps.
Some crimp tools can be used with a positioner to ensure the wire is in the correct position to execute an accurate crimp, whilst other hand operated crimp tools have preset sizes or can be used with crimping dies, enabling the operator to change the crimp style, dependent on the die.
