All payments are made through a secure server. We accept payment by PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and Visa Debit card through SagePay. We are currently able to accept GBP, USD and EUR. If you do not have a PayPal account but prefer to pay with your card via PayPal please select PayPal as your payment option and 'Checkout as Guest'.
You may also pay by bank transfer; instructions are provided on checkout. When you select this option your order will only be shipped once we have received cleared payment.

Heamar offers free standard delivery (2-3 days) on all orders over £25.00 + VAT. Carrier used is at our discretion; we will ship using either a Royal Mail Tracked service or DPD.
Orders under £25.00 + VAT will also be shipped via Royal Mail Tracked or DPD and charged at a flat rate of £2.95 +VAT.
With Royal Mail Tracked you will receive email or SMS notifications if a mobile phone number is provided. There is a Safe Place option if no one is at home or alternatively you can collect from your local delivery office.
With DPD we can provide a one hour delivery window, notified by SMS and email, so you don’t have to wait in all day. Please make sure you enter a valid email address and mobile number at the checkout if you would like to receive these updates.
DPD provide a range of rescheduling options both on the day of delivery and the night before, allowing you to take delivery of your goods in a way that suits you. If you wish to reschedule, you can:
Next working day delivery is also available at a flat rate of £7.50 + VAT for items held in stock. This service is generally offered via UPS so you will need to be in to sign for your parcel, if not it will be delivered to a UPS Access Point for collection. The cut off point for next working day delivery is 3.00pm Monday to Friday.
If you would like to collect your order directly from our warehouse, simply select this option at the checkout and we will email you when you order is ready to collect. Our warehouse is based in Crewe, Cheshire (CW1 6BG).
Heamar welcomes orders from International customers and offers International Delivery via UPS. Rates and delivery times will vary depending on the country and delivery zone. Shipping rates and VAT exemptions will be calculated at the checkout. PayPal is our recommended payment option for International customers, if you do not have a PayPal account please select PayPal as your payment option and 'Checkout as Guest' to pay by card.
VAT is not chargeable outside the European Union (EU). In order to avoid any delays you will be asked to advise us of any export documentation requirements when placing your order if applicable. Non UK customers inside the EU must provide their EU tax number when prompted at the checkout or VAT will be chargeable.

Please be aware that all stock is subject to availability and we are currently only able to give an indication of stock levels online. On placing your order you will receive an order confirmation email with details of any lead time if applicable and items on backorder.

We are happy to accept items returned to us within 14 days of purchase and in this case we offer an exchange or a full refund via your original payment method once we receive the items and process them in our warehouse.
Any returns which fall outside this 14 day time period may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion and may be refunded as a credit against a future purchase. All items must be returned to Heamar in the same condition in which they were shipped and in a saleable condition. Heamar reserves the right to refuse a return if it is determined that the item has been used and then returned for any reason other than being ‘faulty’.
