Secure Online Shopping

All payments are made through a secure server. We accept payment by PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and Visa Debit card through Stripe. We are currently able to accept GBP, USD and EUR.  If you do not have a PayPal account but prefer to pay with your card via PayPal please select PayPal as your payment option and 'Checkout as Guest'.

You may also pay by bank transfer; instructions are provided at the final stage before payment on checkout. When you select this option your order will only be shipped once we have received cleared payment.

By Phone

Should you prefer not to buy online we are able to take card payments over the phone. Please contact our Sales Team on +44 (0)1260 297500. Our opening hours are Monday to Thursday 8.30-4.30pm & Friday 8.30-3:30pm (GMT).  Telephone orders will incur a £10.95 +VAT handling fee.

United Kingdom Delivery

Heamar offers free standard delivery (2-3 days) on all orders over £75.00 including VAT (orders that weigh over 10kg could be subject to delivery costs).  Carrier used is at our discretion; we will ship using either a Royal Mail tracked service or Parcelforce.  

Orders under £75.00 including VAT will also be shipped Parcelforce and charged at a a rate of £4.95 + VAT.

With Royal Mail Tracked you will receive email or SMS notifications if a mobile phone number is provided.  There is a Safe Place option if no one is at home or alternatively you can collect from your local delivery office.

Next working day delivery is also available at a flat rate of £16.67 + VAT for items held in stock. This service is generally offered via UPS so you will need to be in to sign for your parcel, if not it will be delivered to a UPS Access Point for collection.  The cut off point for next working day delivery is 2.30pm Monday to Friday.

Collect from Heamar

If you would like to collect your order directly from our warehouse, simply select this option at the checkout and we will email you when you order is ready to collect. Our warehouse is based in Congleton, Cheshire (CW12 1EE).

International Customers (Including orders to the Channel Islands)

Heamar welcomes orders from international customers and offers international delivery via UPS.

Rates and delivery times will vary depending on the country and delivery zone. Shipping rates and VAT exemptions will be calculated at the checkout, although orders that weigh over 10kg could be subject to additional delivery costs when the order has been processed. We will get in contact with you should delivery costs exceed our estimations before shipping the items.

PayPal is our recommended payment option for international customers. If you do not have a PayPal account, then please select 'Pay with your Credit Debit card', although transactions over £1000 may not process correctly due to the way foreign banks communicate with the UK banks. If you are unable to pay this way, then you can either pay by bank transfer or alternatively get in touch with us to resolve the issue. 

Following the new trade agreement between the United Kingdom and the EU all goods sold from the UK to EU customers will not incur VAT at the point of sale. VAT will be paid by the customer to the customs agent before the goods are delivered at the customers country of situ VAT rate. There will also be additional duties and disbursement fees to be paid before the goods are delivered, which will vary item to item. Please note no refunds will be issued for returned goods due to the customer not paying any of the additional costs. 

We can only accept orders over €150 from customers who reside within the EU, due to fee's incurred from shipping companies.

Order Tracking

When your order is dispatched from our warehouse you will be sent an email with the tracking number on. Alternatively you can track your order through the following link https://apptracking.smartfreight.com/tracking/ with your tracking reference number.

Knives and Sharp Objects

We sell a range of knives and saws on our website and you may see a banner on some products indicating that you have to prove that you are 18 before we are able to ship the product to you. 

To do this, order the knife or sharp object the same way you can order any other product on our website. Once ordered, we will email you at the email address you have provided when you checked-out and you will need to respond back with an image of a passport, driving licence or any other official documentation which shows the same name, as the name specified on the order. 

Once we have verified you are over 18, we can then ship that item to you. 

Tool Trolleys

If you are ordering a tool trolley that is to be delivered to a domestic/residential address then there may be additional handling charges, which will be calculated and confirmed before the item departs our warehouse. This is for residential deliveries only, should the tool trolley be delivered to a business address then this additional cost is likely to be avoided.


Please be aware that all stock is subject to availability and we are currently only able to give an indication of stock levels online. On placing your order you will receive an order confirmation email with details of any lead time if applicable and items on backorder.

All items shown as 'in stock' on product pages are updated every 15 minutes.

If your requirement is urgent please Contact Us to check stock levels and lead times prior to placing an order.


We are happy to accept items returned to us within 14 days of purchase and in this case we offer an exchange or a full refund via your original payment method, once we receive the items and process them in our warehouse.

Any returns which fall outside this 14 day time period may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion and may be refunded as a credit against a future purchase. All items must be returned to Heamar in the same condition in which they were shipped and in a saleable condition. Heamar reserves the right to refuse a return if it is determined that the item has been used and then returned for any reason other than being ‘faulty’. The buyer is responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.
