Bahco 1999MV-5 Insulated Hexagon L-Key 5mm

This Bahco Insulated Hexagon L-Key is for use with hex head screws. It is chrome-plated and treated with an anti-corrosion finish. It is also manufactured from high-quality alloy steel for ultimate durability.

This tool has a dip-coated 3-layer insulation that is colour coded. The multi-layer coating indicates to the user whether it is safe, dangerous or highly dangerous. If the outer insulation layer of this tool gets damaged then the lighter colour underneath becomes visible and serves as a visual warning system for the user. There is also a 4^th layer in black to further protect the handle edges so the user can have complete confidence in the safety of this tool.

Each tool in this series is tested to 10,000V for 10 seconds at the end of the manufacturing cycle. These tools are designed to be used for work on live equipment up to 1000V according to IEC 60900.
