Hi can I use this to seal cable running to a fish Pond in a 25mm flexible conduit, I need to seal both ends. Answer:
31-601 Duct Seal is to seal ducting or conduit against moisture, dust and gas, but is not intended to be immersed directly in water. However, if the application will not be in the water, it should be OK as long as it will not be exposed to the freezing/thawing. For these applications silcone or polyurethane sealants would be more suitable. - Asked by Barry

How hard will this putty set? Will it still be pliable? Answer:
It is like glazier’s putty. It remains pliable for a very long time, but will eventually become hard and does depend on the conditions where it is used. - Asked by Simon

How do I remove it if I need to work on the conduits? Answer:
The duct seal will not set, it is like glazing putty, so if you pull the joints apart, it will scrape off.
