The latest generation of lightweight ultra slim lightbox using fully dimmable LED technology. It provides an even spread of light from edge to edge and emits very little heat.

Supplied with a mains adapter and LED bulb included. 

Comes with a 2 year guarantee and is also available in A4 and A2 sizes.

    What's the CRI value of the LEDs? Answer:
    The CRI value for this product is 80.

    Can it be used to transfer images onto watercolour paper? Or is the watercolour paper too thick to see the image through? Answer:
    The maximum paper thickness that is recommended to be used with this lightbox is 400gsm. For best results we recommend using 240gsm paper.

    Can the lightbox be used on a slope? Answer:
    It can to a certain extent as there are some little pads in the corners on the bottom of the lightbox which should stop it slipping. But it depends on the angle that you would want to use it at. In terms of the lightbox functioning, it will still work on a slope.

    How easy is it to get replacement bulbs as it does not give any info as to the type of halogen ie code number. Answer:
    The bulbs are LED which means they should last 25,000 hours. Therefore, Daylight do not provide replacement bulbs for this lamp.

    I have seen a video using this lightbox and using a special cutting mat to cut shapes out of material using a rotary cutter is this recommended? Answer:
    We do not offer the Daylight cutting mat currently as it is only available in the US so we couldn't recommend whether this or other brands would be suitable or not.

    Please can you give me an estimated light intensity in Lux for this lightbox? Answer:
    Unfortunately we can only provide the light intensity in Lumens. The lightbox is 320 Lumens.

    Is there is a way of replacing the bulbs. I know they have a very long life but in the event of there being a problem with them, I would like to have the facility to change them. Also can you tell me where the product is made? Answer:
    Unfortunately, it is not possible to replace the LED bulbs. This item is made in China.

    What can I use to remove traces of glue on the surface and other possible marks? Answer:
    Avoid home glass cleaners, because they contain harmful chemicals that will actually damage the surface leaving it cloudy looking. Soapy water is the safest and most effective cleaning solution for acrylic. Also, don't use alcohol as this may cause cracks that we regularly see with acrylic lenses.
